SX1239IMLTRT屬于RF/IF射頻/中頻RFID的射頻接收器。由Semtech Corporation制造生產(chǎn)的SX1239IMLTRT射頻接收器RF 接收器用于接收已調(diào)制的射頻信號(hào)并對其進(jìn)行解調(diào)，然后將數(shù)據(jù)傳送到系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行處理。頻率范圍是 AM、FM、WB、0 Hz 至 64 GHz，數(shù)據(jù)速率為 250 bps 至 16 Gbps，數(shù)據(jù)接口包括連接器、I2C、I2S、引腳焊盤、并行、PCB、串行、焊盤、SPI、UART 和 USB。
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SX1239 is a highly integrated RF receiver capable of operation over a wide frequency range, including the 433, 868 and 915 MHz license-free ISM (Industry Scientific and Medical) frequency bands. Its highly integrated architecture allows for a minimum of external components whilst maintaining maximum design flexibility. All major RF communication parameters are programmable and most of them can be dynamically set. The SX1239 offers the unique advantage of programmable narrow-band and wide-band communication modes without the need to modify external components. The SX1239 is optimized for low power consumption while offering high sensitivity and channelized operation. TrueRF? technology enables a lowcost external component count (elimination of the SAW filter) whilst still satisfying ETSI and FCC regulations.
